You have the choice in the options, either in DIY it’s you the builder or already assembled by Mic&Mod and ready to play!

Rediscovering a legend!
The schematic is inspired of the original vintage microphone from 50’s. It is a side-address, large-diaphragm design based on K47 capsule, an EF806 single-penthode glass tube for replace the VF14, and a BV8 transformer-coupled output circuit. All components are carefully matched and selected in our workshops. We attach great importance to the precision of our circuits to be as accurate as possible compared to the original.

The main criteria of a mic is the sound,and that fitts brilliant. A wide unexcited tubesound,without any overemphasis in the frequenzyspectra,nearly like an original U47 sound. The Price-performance ratio is excellent. I have two M47 those matched very good together (mostly as Drum overheads) ,there is no difference in sound to hear between these two mics.
Un micro tellement doux qu’il donne vraiment l’impression qu’on chante dans un nuage de soie ! J’ai adoré le construire et j’aimerais trop en avoir un autre (au moins) pour faire la paire ❤️
I have one, amazing mic... with the K47 capsule. When I have money I will also try to get the version with the M7 capsule!
My microphone has a great sound. I also U87, U47 but it is infinitely better.
